Etienne Dubern, France, CEO, Boislandry consulting, specialised in intelligence analysis, with a focus on Africa and the Balkans. He is a former senior analyst and diplomat for the French government where he served between 1992 and 2008 and a reserve Lt-colonel of the French Armed Forces. See full bio.
David W. Hamon, U.S., Distinguished Analyst and Consultant, has over 33 years of experience in international security affairs. He and recently completed a nine-year secondment to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and is a former Director of Analytic Services, Inc., (ANSER). See full bio.
Patrick Nathan, Singapore, Vice President Corporate Information and Communications, SMRT, as deputy director of the National Security Coordination Centre, Prime Minister’s Office, notably contributed to and led the creation and development of its Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning program between 2004 and 2011.
